AI for Association Leaders — Team Facilitator & Discussion Guide

A way to run the AI course as a leadership team — so AI adoption is a shared decision, not a solo experiment. Use the prompts after each module to turn learning into your organisation’s actual AI position.

How to run it

A suggested rhythm: your leadership team works through one module per week or fortnight. Each person completes the module and its tool individually, then the team spends 20–30 minutes on the prompts — building, by the end, your own AI policy, readiness plan, risk register and 90-day roadmap together.
Before

Together
