Association CEO Course — Facilitator & Discussion Guide
A way to run What Every Association CEO Needs to Know as a peer group — turning a self-paced course into honest conversation between people doing the same hard job. Use the prompts after each module.
How to run it
A suggested rhythm: small peer groups of 4–8 CEOs, one module per fortnight. Each person completes the module and its tool, then the group spends 20–30 minutes on the prompts. Confidentiality makes it work — what’s said in the room stays there. Rotate facilitation.
