Terms & Conditions

Clear terms, fairly set — including your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

Last updated · 25 July 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of nexusleadership.com.au, operated by Lipstick Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 15 619 120 482), trading as Nexus Leadership ("Nexus", "we", "us"). By using this site, you agree to these terms.

1. The agreement

This agreement is between you and Lipstick Consulting Pty Ltd (ABN 15 619 120 482), trading as Nexus Leadership. If you are entering into it on behalf of an organisation, you confirm you have authority to do so. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use this site.

2. What this website is

Nexus Leadership is the corporate hub for the Nexus group — Nexus Association Management, Nexus Business Management, Nexus Practice Management and the Nexus Learning Academy. This site provides information about the group, our blog, our published courses and books, and a way to book a discovery call. It does not itself sell courses, books or services, or process payments.

3. Courses and books

Courses referenced on this site are hosted and sold by Thinkific (nexuslearningacademy.thinkific.com) under Thinkific's own terms, including its own enrolment, access and refund conditions. Books are sold by Amazon under Amazon's own terms. A purchase made on those platforms is an agreement between you and that platform and us as the seller — not with this website. If you book a discovery call and go on to engage Nexus Leadership or any arm directly for advisory or management services, separate terms specific to that engagement will apply and will be provided to you before you commit.

4. Intellectual property

All content on this site — including text, the Nexus mark, logos and design — is owned by or licensed to Lipstick Consulting Pty Ltd and is protected by copyright. You may not reproduce, distribute, resell or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

5. Acceptable use

You agree not to use this site in any way that is unlawful, disruptive to its operation, or that infringes our intellectual property or anyone else's rights.

6. Disclaimer

Content on this site — including blog posts and course or book descriptions — is general education, drawing on Annie Gibbins' experience as a multi-term association CEO. It does not constitute legal, financial, tax, clinical or governance advice for your specific circumstances. Obtain your own professional advice before acting on anything here.

7. Liability and your consumer rights

Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or modifies any guarantee, right or remedy you have under the Australian Consumer Law (Schedule 2 of the Competition and Consumer Act 2010) that cannot lawfully be excluded. To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any failure to comply with a consumer guarantee that can be limited is limited, at our option, to resupplying the relevant service or refunding the amount you paid us directly. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of this site.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia, and you submit to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of its courts.

9. Changes

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
