Information you choose to provide
When you contact Nexus Leadership, request a Governance Resource or subscribe to a newsletter, we use the information you provide to respond to that request or deliver the service you selected.
Newsletter consent
Governance Resource access and newsletter subscription are separate choices. Requesting a resource does not automatically subscribe you to the Nexus Leadership newsletter. Newsletter signups are processed through Mailchimp.
External learning and social platforms
Course enrolments are completed through Thinkific, and LinkedIn newsletter subscriptions are completed through LinkedIn. Those services operate under their own privacy terms.
